Make sure you thoroughly read your contract with these people before signing. I signed a 3 year contract with them, and after the 3 year term ended, I called to cancel services. They told me the contract was 3-year retroactive, which the representative failed to tell me, and that if I wanted to cancel services, I should have sent them a certified letter, in the mail, 1 month prior to my contract end date, which had already passed.
