On 12/25 $39.95 was deducted from my checking account. I don't understand why I am being charged $39.95. First of all, I am retired on a fixed income. Someone sent me a CD concerning grants (which I DID NOT order). I cannot afford for these things to be deducted in such hard times. Can you help at all??
