Got on the phone to set up payment on a debt I owe to Capital One and was trying to figure out how much I could afford to pay. Joshua Pinkowski rapidly ramped up to shouting at me and threatening me even when I was trying to work with him. I always had a reasonably good feeling toward Capital One, but by hiring these douchebags, they've lost any respect I had for them. I would have worked to pay the entire amount I owe, but after talking with him, I took the quick settlement. Capital One just *lost* money by using them. read full review »
