I bought a vehicle that obviously had a bad transmission that was covered up during the test drive by telling me where to go on the test drive and overfilling the transmission fluid so that it would not be noticed on the test drive. Dealer did not disclose all exsisting problems with the vehicle prior to selling it. Their contract assumes full disclosure and half an hour after getting it off the lot I found out it disingages the engine at 35 mph.
