Twice ordered WOW gold. Two smallest amounts possible to purchase. Promised delivery within 45 minutes. After 6 weeks and 9 online customer service chats...nothing! They then shut down the chat portal and the customer service help line. All the while they were aggressively promoting the abundant supply of their product by blasting mass emails when they couldnt provide. They promised delievery each time within 24 hours after chat.
