I order the trial that was offered on TV; thus, went to the website to order. I did not realize that I had to cancel my order within 14 days since when I received the order nothing was indicated that I had to cancel. If I liked the product, I would order an additional supply. When I called them, after I had seen the charge go through on my bank account, I contacted Acai-Berry Customer Service and was direct to the website where at the bottom is indicated that cancellation of the trial order had to be made within 14 days.
