I am just furious with this company right now! When ordering internet service through Time Warner, the website states that a wireless modem must be purchased through their partner, BroadBandofffers.com, and must be received before the technician can come for the install. (By the way, I am off to write up TW for this, as well) I already OWN a wireless router and don't NEED a wireless modem!
