I bought a BX-1020 last month (20 Apr) from the Altec Lansing website. After a month (21 May) had passed and I had already forgotten about it, I get a email saying it was still on 'backorder'. I emailed customer service through the website to cancel it and got no replies. I couldn't cancel through the website because the order was still 'pending'.
