I have service on the low-end at 1Mb/s download from HugheNet. We have been complaining for weeks because, my wife, who works at home via HughesNet is being threatened with getting fired if our Internet service connection does not improve. Over the past several weeks, we have tracked our download speed as low as 38 kb/s averaging about 140 - 160 kb/s. HughesNet wants us to close the ticket and accept this performance as satisfactory.
