Ordered new glasses through www.39dollarglasses.com in May 2009. They arrived soon after but were the wrong prescription. I called and was told to send them back. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I called and was told the glasses had failed inspection and that new ones would be made. So I waited for more than a month, when I called, was told they broke the frames and were waiting for new ones to come in.
