Customer service & sales manager are rude & incompetent. I ordered my stepbars from here. The item delivered was not the same as the item pictured on website. (False advertisement) The mounting kit was MISSING! Yes MISSING! When I called to complain they said they would charge me shipping of $100 to ship it back when it was THEIR error!
