This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with..All you do is speak to voice mails, people who are useless, and don't return calls..There is no question, they are asleep at the wheel. I bought a pool filter from them and it is missing a part (valve).They refuse to send it to me and want me to return the entire unit at my expense and pay a re-stocking fee of 25%..
