Last week, we went to Lenscrafters to have eye exams for my kids. We gave our insurance cards and waited for hours to have an exam. After the eye exams, they said Lenscrafters don't accept our insurance company anymore. As a result we had to pay the full charge. They didn't tell us that before the eye exams. If I knew about the changes in insurance policy, we wouldn't get the eye exams!! I am very dissappointed with the service. I won't go there ever again. read full review »
