I got a Ticket in March of 2008 for driving without insurance First I would like to say Foothill Police Department pulled me over for looking young I know that is not a reason to pull someone over. Well in 2009 I went to court for this ticket and explained to the judge that I misplaced my insurance paper. In August 4 2009 I went to San Fernando court and made a line in ticket section of the court. Then they sent me to GC services to tell them I had found my insurance paper for that ticket.
