Nuvell Financial has proved itself to be nothing but a harrassment company from the beginning of my loan. I purchased loan protection insurance when I purchased my car and when I needed to use it they refused saying they never got any paperwork. I sent them a copy but they refused to honor it saying they didn't have what I did. Since then I have had significant health problems and they have refused to work with me to either re-work the payments and anything else.
