Yes, I just received a call from JP Morgan Chase earlier today concerning my Student Loan. They informed me that I owed money. I told them that all of my student loans are deferred, so I go through my Student Loan book while the guy is on the phone. But instead of talking to me nicely and trying to check and see if they have me on deferment or forbearance status, he goes on to state that the BILL IS DUE NOW! in a very demanding voice.
