I sent for the $3.95 trial botttle of this product and then they charged my account $29.95 twice and had never received the product. I then called and they said to wait for the shipment to arrive and send it back, which I did and now they say they never received it and refuse to give me my money. I called back and the next man I talked to said for me to produce a tracking slip and they could help me then, so I looked up my slip from UPS store and found out it had been sent ground not ups and there is no tracking #.
