This guy is a CROOK. Do not buy any cars, insurance, oil, bonds, anything. He is a fraudster. He will charge you a fee for auction cars and never deliver. He says he is a principal partner with CPS a Nevada Insurance Services, Inc in Las Vegas and an office in Irvine. He is living in Irvine, California and moved recently from Texas.
