3ix claims "99.9% Uptime" on their homepage. My site is constantly down. It has been down for the last 38 hours, tech support just says the same thing, it will be back in 3-4 hours. I am in Australia but want to know how I can report them for false advertising to US authorities where they are based. Can anyone help? read full review »
