Ordered a battery a month ago and have not received it. My first email (no number listed) was a friendly reminder that I hadn't received the battery. Their response was that it was being shipped from overseas and due to stricter customs security it could be longer than the 7-10 days of normal delivery. Next email was at the 3rd week mark. This time I said either ship it or refund my money. Their response was "is your name and address correct?". Frustrated I replied that everything is correct and to either ship or refund.
