This is the second gas rebate we have been offered, the first went broke. We have been with Value Buzz since April, 2009. In May we sent in our receipts just as the "rules" stated, we even got confirmation the receipts were received by Value Buzz and the $25.00 certificate would be sent to us. We also sent in June and July's and to date we have had received nothing in return.
