I was going to deposit $100.00 into my brother in law's account today when I noticed that the stupid metal rod was not holding the money down it was 1 $100 bill and the deposit slip. When I told the rep that it was not holding the money down she retracted the tray in which caused the money to fly away I quickly jumped out of my truck looking for it ... It was gone and while I was looking my wife says the rep was laughing and wouldn't even try to apologize. I complained to her about it and somehow she was upset that I was upset with her. If the damn tray had been working properly I wouldnt have lost my money. read full review »
