I hired Mr. Plumber of Howell, NJ - a licensed plumber and home improvement contractor. He did repairs in my home. When one of the items he repaired was not working, I called him and explained the situation. He put me off for at least 6 weeks - one excuse after another. I had to hire an electrician to make the repairs and, naturally, pay him for his services. When I told Mr. Plumber that I had to hire and pay another contractor, he told me he only make calls that he gets paid for, not non- paying jobs.
