POOR Serivce - I am going on my 6th repair call for the same issue. The techs keep on coming but they seem to mess it up each time. Today, Saturday, I had a call to confirm my service appointment between 8-5pm but no one showed. Called company and they pretty much said oh well the service Techs were all booked up and will not make it today. ... They will have someone call you on Monday.
