Bought an item which was shipped promptly. When I unpacked the box, parts were missing. SurplusDecor.com has ignored every request to correct the problem. They asked me to contact the manufacturer which I did but the manufacturer couldn't do anything. Now I have a $400 paperweight that will cost even more money to return.
