Like others on this board, I was incorrectly billed for an additional amount when my Norton AntiVirus renewed. On the same date, an additional charge of 39.99 appeared. The charge is listed as DRI*Symantec (services and merchandise). No phone number was provided. I called my VISA and they had the charge removed and will be contacting the company to dispute the charge. read full review »
