i had a auto loan with citi financial auto i got a letter an sept 6 2010 saying that the company has changed there name to santander consumer usa but my loan wasnot sold to this company i was in agreement with citi auto that if i n=made 28 payments that i did they would modify the loan to a payment that i could afford well santander con sumer usa says they need two more payments that citi said that they needed 28 well this loan is only serviced by santander consumer usa so they tell me that citi has no power in this matter well if citi still... read full review »
