We hired Sunray Services on 5/29/08 to fix a leak in our kitchen from our upstairs bathroom. The plumber who gave the estimate, Ralph, told us that the entire ceiling had to be removed, along with the side wall of our kitchen. My main, number one concern was plaster dust and possible lead paint as we had a newborn and a toddler in the house.
