After a ridiculous time fighting (and losing) a battle of a tripled interest rate causing my Juniper card account balance to exceed the available credit and incurring not one, but two months worth of $39 overlimit fees, I can say I've been fed up with their service. Customer service is horrible. After many attempts to contact their outsourced service by phone and email, they wouldn't even give me a physical address of their US location.
