I was charged $ 1.95 stating that I could sign up for a grant from the U.S Government. Instead I was billed $57.61 plus $1.95, a total of $59.56 and billed to by checking account. I am out of a job and now I have to pay a service charge for insufficient funds of $35.00 because of this this misrepresentation.
