Closeout.com -- I ordered a coffee table per their offer online. They took my order, charged my credit card, then refused to deliver the item at the promised price. Customer service was beyond poor. Many attempts to resolve the problem were ignored. Poor communication skills and lack of honesty regarding this problem. They said the item was out of stock. I checked with the manufacturer and there were 40 sitting in the warehouse. DO NOT shop with this merchant! The website looks slick but it is a sham. I suspect that this is just a couple of guys with good computer skills, but poor English, running a shady scheme out of their living room. read full review »
