My husband and I are trying to change our adjustable interest rate mortgage to a fixed rate and we were told by American Servicing Company to fax our information to them (Proof of income, Current pay stub, hardship letter explaining why we are having problems paying our current mortgage rate and the fax number they gave us is apparently not accepting faxes because the loan office-Art setup team has denied us twice because they claim they have not received our fax. I asked to speak with the Supervisor Christal Moore and was denied. They also said they do not accept emails. Can you help us? read full review »
