I purchased a $39.95 one-time charge to search public records for family members for my family tree . The charge was put on my charge account but recordslogin.com (the company that has the download supposedly) has never given me the download file so I can proceed with my searches. I have written them 3 times; they say "thanks for notifying us, our tech is working on that, what is the name you're searching for".
