I had attempted to purchase a ticket online, which would cost around $14.00, but Greyhound's server was not working properly, and I couldn't buy my ticket. I then called greyhounds phone number to buy my ticket, and told them that the site was not working. They told me that I had to purchase my ticket over the phone, but I would now be charged an additional $6.00 for a phone order.
