Geneva Roth Cap
I was in need of some extra cash over the holidays. I applied for a payday loan. Unbeknownst to me, my checking account was credited for $500. That was back in November 2008. It is now two months later. I have been paying $150 every two weeks on this stupid payday loan, totalling $625. I called them today and they told me that all they have received is $150, which goes toward the interest. But I have my bank statements to prove that I have paid way more than I should have in the first place. Is there any way to get my money back? Please help. read full review »
