The several times that I’ve used the in-store pickup option on Gamestop’s website it’s been functionally worthless. Each and every time I’ve used it to have them hold an item for me, I’ve invariably received an e-mail saying that they’re oh-so-sorry, but they couldn’t find the item in stock at the location that I requested.
