I saw an add on the internet for a FREE trial...only $3.95 for shipping. I ordered it. I tried it and didn't like the product, so following their procedures, I tried to call the phone number they provided online (I printed all forms before submission online), to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the product as they will not accept packages without it...to no avail...mailbox is full!
