The past tuesday 01-06-09 I made a phone call to Ford Credit Customer Service from my work. I forgot my account number to made a payment, a customer representitive answer and then she askme about my name and social security number, after this, the representative was tranfer the call to other department. The loss prevention department answer the call. I spoke with Mr. Miller a Investigate associate for Ford Credit.
