Market Billing is a billing company for many fraudulent companies that debit peoples accounts fraudulently. I have been one of many people this has happened to. Hot Planet was the company that charged $39.95 to my account. Luckily this account doesn't ever have money in it so I got a call from the bank. The people that answer the phone at 866-572-5111. gave me NO info. Sounded VERY american and said she was in Cyprus ( Which is by the mediteranian sea).
