I've been going through trying to get this return since 12/16/08 and finally have succeeded in receiving the required "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number in order to return it. I sent an e-mail almost everyday to [email protected], but they kept sending me back "template" e-mails, stating that I wouldn't have been charged if I read the agreement and cancelled... blah, blah, blah.
