We placed an order on 12/6/08 and paid by money order. Have sent two e-mails and called customer service three times getting the same story each time: they only process money orders twice a week, money orders are sent to Delaware and then transferred for fulfillment to Canada, that they cannot process what they have not received. Requests to speak with a supervisor fall on deaf ears. Even by the time line tower gives my order is at least one week over due. Website doesn't give any address or direct phone number for their stationary location. This about the worst service I have ever been exposed to. Customer Service, a real joke. read full review »
