My fiance ordered a ring for me from this company, this was to be used as my wedding ring. We never heard word from the company after many attempts to contact by e-mail on where the ring was. Upon checking bank statements we realized they didn't process the payment, so thinking it was our mistake we re-submitted the order. Now it is a month later still no ring, no return e-mails, no number to contact anyone, and my wedding is in 5 days.
