I have an Experience account which costs $1600.00. $900.00 is already paid off. One phone representative told me I can get out of it, but I won't get my $900.00 back. That's fine. I just don't want to pay the other $700.00! Now they're telling me I signed a contract, and I can write a letter to Mr. Jones and only if it is financial hardship, will he consider my letter.
