I bought an international calling card for $20.00 in the magic jack website. After making several phone calls to Dominican Republic I was told I had 214 minutes left. Again I tried to call a cellular phone in DR; I couldnt connect it, but when I went to tried again the machine told I had only 107 minutes left, what! I did not used any minutes of the 214 mins I had, how can they charge me 107 minute for a call that did not go through?; theyare charging me 107 minutes to try a phone that did not answered my call?
