I ordered product for cost of shipping. Then I cancelled My call future orders. My credit card was charged for an order. I called the company a total of 5 different times. Another order was charged to my account. I have been able to get one credit but today I was told that they couldn't do anything about the first order. Three other people I talked to said it was an error and would be taken care of. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they could not give me a name, but that someone would call me within 24 hrs. and identify himself. What kind of business is that?
