A sales rep came by our office and wanted to tell me about ATT bundle services for business. She was very convincing and showed me how I could save $175 per month. Come to find out, she was a contractor outsourced by ATT. She was in my office for 2 hours, filling out countless pages of paperwork required to switch my DSL and long distance service to ATT. Not only have I not saved the $175, I believe I am paying at least that much MORE per month. Every call to ATT has been a nightmare.
