The store manager in the Valley Fair, Santa Clara, CA store was so rude... My daughter bought a pair of shoes last Friday and the shoes was broken which can't be worn any more. She went to the store and ask for credit or fixing the shoes. The store manager said they are not Nordstrom. Nordstrom will take back the shoes and send to the Nordstrom rack to resell it.
