Well, I'm sad to see the Magellan sales staff once again posting false praises about the company. Ripoffreport.com seems to have postings of a different nature, as does Yelp. It seems that Magellan promises far more than they actually deliver with preconstruction sales, and the fools who bought Aqua, Park Homes, Chandler, Regatta, Lancaster, or anything else in Lakeshore East had a nasty surprise to find that they, not Magellan, are paying special assessments to cover a bond for the 'park' that no other building in the area ha... read full review »
