I paid my bill off in two installations. The total bill was approximately 1200.00. My second payment was received by Pier 1 on july 2, 2009. It was mailed before the due date . I was charged a $15.00 late fee in July. I did not receive a July statement in the mail. As far as I was concerned, the bill was paid in full. I received a bill today for another late charge and finance fees!!! I called customer service to see if they would work with me since I never received the July statement.
