I was also scammed by this company. I requested the trial at 1.95. I emailed them within the timeline required. I then received a bill for 79.22 and an email that my next bottle has been shipped. I called and was told they never received my email (how convenient). At first they refused to credit my account. When I said I would contact my credit card company, I was put on hold, and then told my account would be credited and that I need to return the package to them. I did this.
